SHIPPING 
1. All orders will be shipped via the appointed courier. 
2. All international orders will be shipped via EMS. 
*The estimated delivery time depends on your location. 
*As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. 

RETURNS 
1. Please be aware, all sales are NON REFUNDABLE/NON EXCHANGEABLE, unless the faulty was made on our part. 
2. Unboxing Video Requirement As part of the refund process, the consumer must create an unboxing video of the product being opened and examined. 
3. The unboxing video should follow this guideline: 
i. Clearly show the unopened package and its condition upon arrival. 
ii. Unbox the product, showcasing all components and any potential defects. 
iii. Display any issues, damages, or concerns observed during the unboxing process. 
iv. The video must be clear, unedited, and uploaded to our Instagram DM within 1 day of receiving the product. 

Refund Procedure: 
a. Once the unboxing video is uploaded and verified by our team, a refund will be processed (We reserve the right to reject refund requests if the unboxing video fails to meet the outlined guidelines or if the product does not adhere to the return conditions).
